At Volkkommen Industries, we respect your right to control your personal data. You can permanently delete your V-VAC account at any time directly from the mobile application.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account using the V-VAC mobile app by following the steps below:

1. Open the V-VAC app on your Android device.
2. Go to the Settings screen.
3. Tap on Delete My Account.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Once confirmed, your account deletion request will be processed immediately.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

When you delete your account:

• Your login credentials will no longer work.
• All data associated with your account — including device configurations, sensor data, dashboards, and personal information — will be deleted from our active systems.
• This action is irreversible and cannot be undone.

Data Retention

Some information may be retained temporarily where required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as:

• Fraud prevention
• Legal and regulatory compliance

This retained data is securely stored and automatically removed once it is no longer required.
